How to Reach Us

The best way to contact Patch Notes Wire is by email: [email protected].

What to Write About

• Corrections – if a guide is wrong or outdated after a balance update, please include the article link and, if possible, a source such as official patch notes or frame data.
• Topic suggestions – a mechanic that confuses you, a term you keep hearing in streams, or a series history you would like to read about.
• Feedback – what is useful, what is unclear and what we could do better.
• Privacy requests – questions about data covered in our privacy policy.

Please note that we cannot help with account recovery, bans, purchases, online connection problems or technical support for any game. Those requests should go to the game’s official support team. We also do not publish gambling content or promote cheats.

Reply Time

We are a small independent team and usually reply within three to five business days. Correction reports are prioritised.
